Minimalist Post Punk with some High-Desert Country flavor. How's that for a description?

First, do this more often, Drew. That way I can hear bands I would never hear. I would add to your description a band informed by traditional blues-based rock 'n roll. I've noticed this a lot lately with bands (I don't know their names) sort of reinventing the Black Sabbath kind of thing. Blues-based, with some psychedelia and punk influences thrown in. What do you call that? I'm sure the rock critics have a name for it.
