Perhaps it was because our attempt at eating at Red Robin was so terrible that Bella Milano had an easy target to shoot at. Whatever it was, the service and food were fantastic here. Nancy had the Broiled Orange Roughy and I had the Blackened Chicken Pasta special. I'm usually not a huge fan of Italian salad, but theirs was outstanding even if I did smell like garlic afterwards. We also each had a glass of Coppola Diamond Series Claret which Nancy knew I was going to order even before I had a chance to view the wine list. The pour was very generous too.
We've eaten at Bella Milano a couple of times and each time it's been very good. It's certainly more pricey than most, but I'd have to say the food here easily compares to some of the better restaurants on the hill.
Thank you Bella Milano (and Cassie our waitress) for salvaging our evening.
