After our power was restored, I expected to see a reply from Red Robin in my Inbox. I was sorely mistaken. On Monday evening I sent a reply to 'Jennifer' stating that no one had contacted me yet. On Tuesday I received this message from Jennifer:
Hi James,
Our Edwardsville General Manager would like to contact you regarding your poor dining experience. Can you please provide me with a phone number and a convenient time to reach you?
Thanks so much & I look forward to hearing back from you,
Jennifer

I also received this e-mail from Jeff Harp:
Hello Mr. Moore,
Please accept my apologies for not getting back with you sooner. I would like the opportunity to speak with you regarding your recent experience and see what I can do to help make this right.
Please contact me at your convenience. I can be reached at 636 448-3582.
Sincerely,
Jeff Harp
Regional Operations Director
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers
Apparently Nancy received a call from the Edwardsville store manager who offered her the usual free stuff.
I returned Mr. Harp's e-mail with this which I suspect will be the end of it:
Jeff,
Apparently my wife has already talked to your store manager. If you would still like me to contact you, I can.
I really don't want anything free and to be honest I'm not sure if I want anything at all. I'm probably never going to eat there unless prodded by Nancy.
