A Red Robin Update

I received this note from Jeff Harp on Saturday.


Good Morning Drew,

I am happy to hear that one of the managers reached out to your wife. While I certainly apologize for the experience and the tardiness of our response, ultimately I want to make sure we have taken care of addressing your concerns and we are giving you an opportunity to try us again, with our compliments. I would ask that you contact me only if you feel the situation was not handled or corrected properly from your point of view. If the manager accomplished that, then I certainly do not want to waste any more of your time with an inconvenience such as this.

Both you and your wife are valued guests and we do appreciate your patronage. Rest assured knowing we will go to any length to improve your experience and improve our performance.

On Friday of last week Nancy received an envelope from Red Robin that included a $50 gift certificate. That was way more than I was expecting. We'd really have to work to spend $50 bucks on one meal there. More than likely its two meals, unless we loaded up on spirits. Perhaps I can change my mind and be bought off with $50 in food. I thanked Jeff for the gift certificate.
