My, Such Clement Weather We're Having Today
I'm working from home today because of bad weather and needed to change my work voice mail message to let others know how to reach me. In the middle of me saying because of inclement weather I realized that no one ever says anything about clement weather. Why is that? You see, these are the kinds of thoughts that swirl around in my severed cortex.

Clement can be used to describe good weather, but it is more frequently used to mean lenient (think clemency).
