The Severed Cortex

I've been thinking about doing this for quite some time, but today finally showed me that I definitely have to do this. I've decided to start a new category called My Crazy Neighbor where I post each time that he mows his yard. My neighbor, whose name I'll withhold as long as I can, is a a lawn nazi. He has a 14 year old son and still, he always cuts his own grass. Already, by my count, he has mowed his grass three times this year. Today he was cutting his grass and the temperature was a balmy 32 degrees. Granted, I was working in the yard putting down new mulch, but I was doing so in order to help teach Robert a lesson that hard work equals getting paid. Besides the lawn mowing, my neighbor has also taken his entire deck apart board by board, sanded and painted it, and put it back together. I've been telling everyone at work that this guy is nuts, but no one believes that he is obsessed about his yard to the level that I say he is. This will document my case.
