The Severed Cortex

In my defense, I've been really, really busy lately. I know September has been spotty at best for posts, but it's not like you're paying for this tripe. Don't give me a bunch of grief. I'm well aware that I've been lazy in respect to writing and I don't need you to remind me of it. I spent a good part of September in Phoenix and the days I wasn't out there, I spent in my office. That includes Saturday and Sunday too. In between they moved us from the main building to the building across the street, and although I do like the new building, there's the added pressure of getting all your collective crap together in boxes, moved, and then unpacked and put away. I do have to say my new digs are pretty nice. I'll post a picture at some point. We have some unique cube decor in my group.

Not that you'd care and just so you know, I have actually been writing, albeit in journal form rather than electronic. Most notably, Nancy and I traveled to New Mexico for a much needed vacation last week. I've backed dated the entries to match the days we were traveling so either click on the travel category or use the calendar to peruse through September 26th and October 2nd. I was very impressed with New Mexico.
