Technically, I stumbled across Stardust Cowboy twice in the last 6 weeks or so, today being the second. I recently finished the Lester Bangs book (I hope to review soon) where I was (re)introduced to several bands from the late 60's, early 70's. One of those bands was The Shaggs (reviewed once as: you know you've done something bad enough to deserve this so go out and buy the album). The Shaggs led me to Irwin Chusid, who in turn led me to Stardust Cowboy. After hearing him today (on a podcast) I thought it was just too weird that I'd run into something this obscure twice.
