So Long Redz Rib Shack
I haven't eaten here since the original owners sold the place, but I have to say I wasn't a great big fan before it was sold. I know it seems counter-intuitive for me to be ambivalent about a barbecue place closing in my back yard, but Redz Rib Shack connotes mediocre Yankee barbecue to me. Plus, it's not like we don't have enough Walgreens around here already. In fact, there will now be two on highway 159 a mere 2 1/2 miles apart. Seems ridiculous.

At least you admitted your bias. Your unfair, totally wrong bias. Meat needs sauce. Grilled meat should not be so dry you have to pour your beer on it to reconstitute it.
