It only takes one bad experience to make me never want to come back. I went to my local Jimmy John's near work ... 13586 NW Industrial Drive in Saint Louis ... you know the one I go to at least twice a week and sometimes three times. There are times it's busy with a line out the door, but I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I'm in, I'm out, and that's why I go there. Today it took almost an hour to get lunch. I'm not even sure I would have ever even received it if I hadn't said, "Hey, you guys need to work on the people who have been standing here forever before you start working on the people who just walked in here". I had to say it three times before someone realized that if they made my sandwich I'd shut the hell up. No one seemed to be in a hurry at all, and some staff were just standing around watching others work.
I got back to work and my sandwich was wrong. Oh well, plenty of other places to eat around here for lunch. You guys didn't need my $20 or $30 bucks a week anyway.
