Designer Chosen For New Downtown Bridge
I hate the Poplar Street Bridge because it scares the crap out of me. There is way too much traffic going across it every day and it has just taken a beating. After last week's earthquake I'm even less inclined to drive across it. I just hope the new bridge designer does something that is unique to St. Louis like the Clark Bridge in Alton.
I do have to say I was saddened to find out that my entry below came in second place.

Damm ! I was hoping for another bridge to yell at the jumpers to jump!
