You have to ask yourself why this wasn't a no brainer to begin with, but Behavioral Health is so different than your standard medical stuff that most companies don't even bother trying to handle it. That's why they farm the behavioral stuff out to us, or Valu Options, or Centene (Cenpatico). We've known for a long time that medical outcomes have a direct correlation with behavioral health, especially when you talk about depression. This would be incredible if the synergy between us and McKesson led to finding better ways to treat people and give them a higher quality of life. I firmly believe that it will.
